Physical Activity Part 1
Being physically active each day is important to your health. It is recommended that students are active for 60 minutes each day. There are lots of ways to get moving! Walk your dog, go to the park with your family, organized sports, riding your bike or playing outside with your friends. For the next week you will follow the Exercise Calendar below. Each day you will be guided through a dynamic warm up, exercise and cool down (stretch). Record your heart rate, during the warm up, and exercise portion of the activity.
